Services at Your Home
A CADNY Computer Services agent must receive full access to the product(s) to be serviced, an adult’s consent to enter the residence, a safe working environment, working space and electrical power. CADNY only services smoke free homes.

Back-Up Your Data
It is your responsibility to back-up all software and data on your computer's hard drive(s) and/or any other storage devices before CADNY performs any services. CADNY shall not be responsible at any time for any loss, alteration, or corruption of any software, data, or files

Warranty
CADNY guarantees labor services provided for 30 days. If there is an issue related to the original problem and if you notify us at 707-825-7264 within the 30 days, CADNY will work to remedy the problem quickly and at no additional cost. Hardware warranties will be noted if applicable.

EULAs
For software installations, CADNY Computer Services will accept End User License Agreements on your behalf.

Loss or Damage
If any damage or loss occurs with respect to your product while in CADNY Computer Services’ possession or control, regardless of causation or fault, you are only entitled to repair or replacement of the product (or equivalent).

Service by Appointment Only
CADNY does all work by appointment only, no exceptions. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late please call to reschedule. Showing up at CADNY without a confirmed appointment is always unacceptable.

Limitation of Remedy
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that CADNY’s total liability for damages related to its services is limited to the total amount you pay for the services, and you release CADNY from liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. CADNY IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS, ALTERATION, OR CORRUPTION OF ANY DATA OR LOSS OF ANY MEDIA FROM YOUR PRODUCT.
