Why are you doing this so cheap?

I’ve moved into my RV full time as of July 1st, ‘16 and I think by being so reasonable I’ll get a lot of job opportunities and will be able to pick my favorites / places that work best. Also, since I’m not paying rent I figure being paid $10 a day to live somewhere is pretty good!

With having the RV, does that mean you don’t need to sleep in the house?

Depending on the parking situation, if you have a nice quiet, level, safe parking spot I’d be just fine sleeping out in the RV, I would still like access to the house to cook, do laundry etc..

You have two dogs? How does that work?

Very well :) I have two Golden Retrievers, a mother and son, who don’t have a mean gene between them, they get along great with other animals. I’ve brought them along on jobs with other dogs, rabbits, chickens and kitties and they’ve all gotten along great. I do prefer places with fenced yards but it’s not a requirement, I’m currently house sitting for someone in an apartment, I’ve just been taking the dogs for walks in the morning and at night and taking them with me to work and it’s been working out fine. Really, it’s just going to be a matter of us sitting down and talking and coming up with the best answer for your particular situation. All I ask is no known aggressive dogs and that I be allowed to bring my dogs into your home and/or yard when I’m there. They’re not destructive or loud etc., they only bark if someone comes around. We would of course have a meet and greet session with your pets and my dogs, but they’re really so sweet, it’s rare for another animal not to fall in love with them.

Do you need hookups or anything for your RV?
Nope :) I’m fully self-contained.

Will you be able to be around during the day?

Not during the week, I work full time. If your pets require this you’d be better off finding someone else. I am able to feed them, walk them etc. in the morning and at night, I can hang out with them evenings and weekends.

How big is your RV?

It’s very compact, fits into any parking space - it’s an 18’ Toyota Mini Motorhome.

What are your requirements?

I can offer $10 per night house sitting for places that meet the following criteria:

* Safe, off street, reasonably close to front door of house spot to park my (Small, 18ft, fits in regular spot) RV.
* Washer and Dryer available inside home.
* My dogs allowed inside house, or fenced yard.
* Allow me to sleep in the home (I will bring my own mattress / bedding.)
* Kitchen access, for cooking and food storage.
* Quiet, no loud neighbors next door or above etc..
* Within 30 minutes of Arcata.
